No se si estáis al tanto pero Juan Roig dueño de Mercadona y Willyrex entre otros están invirtiendo en vivienda de forma indirecta.

¿Cómo? Invirtiendo en una startup llamada Inversiva que se dedica a encontrar inmuebles, reformarlos, venderlos y después ofrecer llevar el alquiler de estos.

Además, esto trae un gran problema (para nosotros) que Willyrex destaca como una gran ventaja. Como comenta en el vídeo, gracias a esta startup puede especular con la vivienda sin que los inquilinos sepan quien está detrás. Esto es perfecto para que los famosos puedan seguir especulando con un bien de primera necesidad sin los problemas reputacionales.

Sería una lástima que todo el mundo se enterara y poder seguir tirando del hilo.

Is a little bit crazy that you add this breaking changes that easy. v0.12.3 is just a patch release (if you follow semantic versioning) from 2 and half months ago...

Keep in mind that people manage Pixelfed instances in they spare time. For me, update versions is not trivial because I have custom changes to the web app to hide the real outdated ui.

@dansup@mastodon.social @pixelfed@mastodon.social Is possible to migrate from pixelfed.social to another pixelfed instance? A lot of people of the spanish community want to move to luzeed.org but right now I didn´t see the "migrate to another account" option.

You talk about decentralization but this app design promote users to use pixelfed.social. Now you can't even create an account from Pixelfed App on android to another server.

That's bad and you should think about it.
