My landlord sent a lease renewal package. I was shocked and relieved.

Now I will look for fulltime salaried work while I work a gig collecting commission.

It feels like 2010 all over again.

Maybe if I can pay the remainder of my lease ahead of time, they might consider letting me renew my lease. Finding an apartment is so expensive and impossible in NYC and this has been home for 3 years. The longest home my 10 year old has ever known.
