Lawyers for 2 men framed in the FBI's Gov. Whitmer "Kidnapping Plot" hoax have filed a Writ of Mandamus seeking declaratory and injunctive relief - these men, Joe Morrison and Paul Bellar were tried at the state level. They were moved on the eve of their appeals to federal facilities across the country.
They are being prevented from speaking to their attorneys who have not even seen discovery as the appeal briefing deadline is imminent - these men are being denied their rights. Their appeals lawyers have never seen anything like this.

The government is seeking 21-35 months to 21 years for Shawn Fix. Fix took a plea in the FBI's Gov. Whitmer Fednapping hoax.
Fix was the fake Navy Seal who told the guys he had access to a Blackhawk helicopter, a "Bell Huey," and a weapons cache "conex box" and "unlimited resources," claimed he had "8 pounds of C4," etc. He snitched immediately and lied in order to save himself and take a plea deal.
Adam Fox didn't have a "militia," the FBI created one and told him he was in charge of the Michigan chapter of a "Patriot Three Percenter" group fabricated by the federal government.
The Facebook page for the Michigan chapter was created by the FBI and their pedophile informant Steve Robeson was the first person to post on the page on June 22, 2020.
On June 22, 2020 CHS Steve wrote "Welcome Michigan Chapter of the Patriot III%ers United States...you men and women are the epitome of patriots and lead by example. Adam Dean fox has been voted by national to get the ball rolling as C.O. and will appoint XO and so forth you guys rock cant wait train with y'all we will regain our republic..by whatever means necessary..guns up and long live the republic." - see ECF No. 366-2, page 19-20.
This should be noted when appraising these filings and the information contained therein.

This victory has been a long time coming. Folks following my coverage of the Whitmer Fednapping hoax know that the battle isn't over.
I have 5 more men that need to be freed and hopefully today's unanimous NOT GUILTY verdict for Eric Molitor and Bill and Michael Null helps Adam and Barry with their appeals. -

Good morning everyone!
Sinclair Broadcasting (the parent company of numerous 'local affiliates' across the country) and the parent company of "upnorthlive" who have been the only "local" media given permission to livestream the proceedings, sent me a nasty "cease and desist" letter trying to shut down my coverage of the FBI's Gov. Whitmer "kidnapping plot," final trial, which they apparently believe they own the exclusive rights to.
They are attempting to assert copyright claims over an open government proceeding.
They also included a vague threat to sue me for "damages."
This is absurd and it's about censorship. The prosecutor/ assistant attorney general of Michigan complained about my livestream first thing in the morning on day 2 of trial because they can't handle their lies being refuted in real time.
That is what this is about. -
