Whitmer "Kidnapping Plot" hoax have filed a Writ of Mandamus seeking declaratory and injunctive relief - these men, Joe Morrison and Paul Bellar were tried at the state level. They were moved on the eve of their appeals to federal facilities across the country.

They are being prevented from speaking to their attorneys who have not even seen discovery as the appeal briefing deadline is imminent - these men are being denied their rights. Their appeals lawyers have never seen anything like this.
