This has the vibes of that time google bought DejaNews and neutered it. Usenet used to serve the same purpose of being a technical resource. There were other factors involved in making usenet less useful too, but strangling DejaNews was a part of that.

If Democrats had any courage, they would regulate the supplements industry to stop this sort of thing. There are soooo many scammers in the business and, not coincidentally, the industry is a big source of maga campaign funds. Ds could save lives and help save the country from fascism at the same time.

I assume that there was a notification that went away, like someone replied and then deleted before I saw it. But that's just a hunch. Is there an official explanation somewhere?
