@itsfoss I think Ubuntu was just one of the first which was the most user friendly and easy to install for a while, especially in the early 2010s and thus many people who just needed to use Linux quickly for work gravitated towards it. Then other distros followed suit but by this point Ubuntu was already quite dominant as a part of Linux

@nixCraft because barely anyone uses cars and thus highways anymore. People use pjblic transport since it has tremendously been invested in globally /s

@nixCraft I have both an old iPhone SE from 2020 and a degoogled Android Phone and the usual lack of customisation/freedom to do what you want on your device is my answer.

iOS 18 seems to come with many of those customisation features I've been wanting but my biggest concern is and will always be the ability to just be able to view the system files without jailbreak

@nixCraft I mean ... what else are you gonna do? Order the physical Blu-Ray just to watch it once?

@aral @bitflipped I guess that's why I'm asking. Why is it not inclusive and what can be done to make it inclusive?

@aral I swear I'm not trying to play devil's advocate here but I genuinely do want to understand the sentiment. Why is the name not inclusive? I understand it's named after the sex thing which I guess is a bit weird tbf, but as far as I know the act of being a gimp or dominating one is pretty gender neutral. So who exactly is it excluding?

@thor doesn't Norway have a good social welfare system though? I know Denmakr does
