It's summer so I made aubergines with ponzu, onigiri, and some seasoned tofu skins with shiitake.

I did not have soy beans so I used tofu skins; I did not have yuzu juice so I used lime juice and sweetened it a bit with a little marmalade.
I made the onigiri with white rice. As fillings I used rehydrated shiitake, arame seaweed, sesame seeds, and also umeboshi. I went for more nori than usual.
