Plotin GroypMost plant protein is high in toxic metals, the unwanted sort. Protein isn't the foundation but having clean protein is needed more the bigger your muscles are. Fiber is a source of complex carbs that the body seeks out, but don't get Metamucil or something else like it, the artificial food coloring and citric acid and other junk is wasted money mostly. Organic psyllium husk works well if you get the right type and not the wrong, longer type that makes you shit more rather than keeping the shit from leaving too fast. People with constipation issues should take less fiber but even still, no fiber is bad. Kefir in general doesn't contain the sort of gut bacteria species that is beneficial to us. Water Kefir uses molasses which accelerates pellagra, and Milk Kefir although a high quality one being great as food, it isn't a long term food source, any live bacteria slop cannot persist too long. Psyllium husk tastes bad and all but it is tolerable with instant coffee powder and a bit of coffee creamer all mixed in with hot water. Sometimes people are constipated from excess protein and lack of the right sort of fiber. Taking pure glucose is dangerous without nicotinic acid and brown FAC in a yet to be determined optimal ratio.
