@mushroom_soup decriminalization in SF looks like its implemented wrong. Its not about reduced stigma, (if anything stigma in society should be increased.) its about not stuffing jails with addicts and creating a lucrative black market for criminals. Prohibition does both of these things and decriminalization nullifies those problems.
