Someone pls explain the sudden overnight drama in Isreal, assuming I know nothing about geopolitical conflict in that region.

Preferably, without picking a side. I just want to know what's happening and why.

Came to Gentoo because I needed bleeding edge QEMU and ffmpeg and some other smaller utilities

like I said, the risk is relatively low, if they were malicious and/or smart they'd know how to do things like SSH forward or properly connect their switch to a management network. I'm just gonna comply and give them a squeaky clean partition that's only used for gig work.

@trollcall it's a one-off $80 gig, not worth, relatively low risk. the reality is that they're likely gonna remote in for 15 minutes so they can console in to some switch that's on-site.
