My name is Phyllis Meyer. I am interested in understanding and working with cats. Cats are not small dogs and they certainly are not little people in fur suits, like a lot of Internet memes would have you believe. I started the blog, The Feline Purrspective, to share what I have learned from working as a veterinary technician in a cats-only veterinary practice, being a life-long cat guardian, and studying feline behavior.
