Why do we live in a house where next door gets to choose when we can redecorate, the colour of the paint and wallpaper and the contractor we use? Then to add further insult we have to pay when they decide to build a new kitchen or have their patio relaid.

Labour are heaping praise on Maggie Thatcher. 😡
The people of Scotland despised Thatcher. She tore apart society, destroyed industry, sold off our council housing and utilities and more. For Labour to praise such a woman shows how their values don't reflect the values of many of us in Scotland and the things we hold dear.
No way will I be voting Labour.

In theory, the press play a vital role in democracy. Their job supposedly to shine a light into the dark and hold the rich and powerful to account.
In real life, the press seem happy to report one side of a story, to cover up inconvenient truths and when necessary to lie. They don't see that their job is to add value to our lives.
Does this explain why many people have lost trust in the press and why those who work in the press get no respect? Is investigative journalism a lost craft?

This brilliant video was posted in 2015 but is every bit as relevant today. Have a giggle at the gaggle of suited London Labour politicians visiting Scotland for the day to tell us what we can and cannot do. See their discomfort at being called out. Awww diddums. We rejected Labour then. We will reject them again.

I see that the usual suspects followed by the slow of thinking have started another round of Scotland is too poor for independence, we live off subsidies from England and the oil and gas will run out for Scotland and only the UK Government is capable us using that wealth to their advantage (yes really).
It is embarrassing.
Scotland needs independence and the quicker the better.

@ChrisMayLA6 I complained to the BBC about the focus of their coverage. They replied that they make decisions which reflect the role BBC plays as the national broadcaster, during moments of national significance.
This gives very different slant on what impartiality really means to the BBC.
