@aral But not thought of it from the POV of a journalist. Journalists have always depended on platforms owned by the wealthy to enlarge their reach.

@aral Have you thought about who might disrupt (and how) the affordances you depend on?

For journalists, it's access to their audience. It's the tools to build their audience. It's the accumulated investment they put in so far.
