My bowel muscles don't work, and all attempted treatments to make them work thus far have failed spectacularly.

To solve the exact issue I have, I would have to get a complete gut microbiota transplant and subject myself to a surgery which, *best case*, leaves a 1/3 chance of me being permanently incontinent. So no small wonder I don't take those odds and do what I can to cope and manage it instead.

"Just eat lmao" *is* the correct answer but there are so many difficulties and caveats in practice that it's a real ordeal actually trying to work out how to do anything with it.

I have a lot of problems with certain foods if I'm not careful and my situation with that is kind of fucked to put it mildly. I'm also sort of wondering about the >chudbuds user saying marfans syndrome earlier, the glove definitely seems to fit from all the effects listed
