NEETzsche (neetzsche@iddqd.social)'s status on Wednesday, 30-Aug-2023 05:19:46 JST NEETzsche @opphunter88 Yeah, he finds very elaborate copes for the reality of Christianity being a universalist faith. Also you don't even need Paul, you can see it if universal even within the canonical Gospels. You can establish a much tighter reservation than even Nicene Christianity and still get there. Yet he still denies it.lol lmfao -

NEETzsche (neetzsche@iddqd.social)'s status on Monday, 28-Aug-2023 22:55:22 JST NEETzsche @jeffcliff New scripture just dropped from academia. Its rough contents are:
This report discusses the potential effects of repeated COVID-19 vaccination with mRNA vaccines. According to the research, repeated vaccination may have unintended consequences. Some of these consequences include:
Reduced protection against new variants: The study suggests that repeated mRNA vaccination may make the immune system more vulnerable to new variants of the virus, such as the Omicron variant. Even though these variants may be less severe, they could still cause harm to individuals with existing health conditions.
Impaired immune response: Repeated mRNA vaccination may temporarily suppress the immune system, making individuals more vulnerable to other infections. It may also lead to the reactivation of latent infections or the uncontrolled growth of cancer cells.
Chronic infection: The study proposes that a tolerant immune system, induced by repeated vaccination, may allow the SARS-CoV-2 virus to persist in the body, similar to chronic infections caused by other viruses like hepatitis B and HIV.
Autoimmune conditions: Excessive vaccination could potentially result in autoimmune conditions, where the immune system mistakenly attacks the body’s own healthy cells. This could lead to various health problems, including cancer, reinfections, and even deaths.
Autoimmune myocarditis: An increase in IgG4 antibody levels induced by repeated vaccination may be associated with autoimmune myocarditis, a condition where the heart becomes inflamed. This could lead to serious cardiac complications and sudden cardiac deaths.

NEETzsche (neetzsche@iddqd.social)'s status on Monday, 28-Aug-2023 17:59:25 JST NEETzsche Yeah well what about MUH TRADITION? Which trumps scripture, apparently. No, I don’t really believe that, but my impression of tradcaths and orthobros seems to think that they do. And it would follow if so, since the whole argument for the church’s authority in the first place arises from apostolic succession etc

NEETzsche (neetzsche@iddqd.social)'s status on Monday, 28-Aug-2023 17:59:21 JST NEETzsche Quite the verbose work. What is it, really? Is it Chemnitz hashing out every absurdity and indignity of the Catholic Church broadly or is it really, actually just all the deets on the Council of Trent from a Lutheran perspective?

NEETzsche (neetzsche@iddqd.social)'s status on Monday, 28-Aug-2023 17:59:19 JST NEETzsche Sounds interesting. I think I’ll just drive over to the local library and ask for an interlibrary loan on it. BYU has a copy, and BYU does play ball with my county’s public library, especially if you flash the right credentials, i.e., a temple recommend and a STEM bachelor’s.
EDIT: Also that there are no PDFs of this makes me want to get back into book digitization.

NEETzsche (neetzsche@iddqd.social)'s status on Monday, 28-Aug-2023 17:59:14 JST NEETzsche Right, but this raises the question: how can an English-language translation of such an important document go unscanned for this long? Lutheranism isn’t some obscure faith.
