@itsfoss My AMD A6-5400k (2012) and 512k-GPU is still running Fedora like a champ. More bicycle than rally car but it gets the job done.

@nixCraft China has declared all government computers will be free of Windoze by 2026. I'm hoping their switch to KylinOS will be enough to break the Windoze-vendor software tie-in. I will be using Win 10 for that one program I need for work until it is so broken it won't work at all. Even then, I distrust M$ so much, I disconnect from the internet.

@eff This takes me back to the early days of Linux when Microsoft used constant threats of patent lawsuits (FUD) over two or three lines of code to try and stifle open source growth.
