BTW I am getting weird, echoed emails from what I think is your support bot (at mntre.com) that just have my own email in them, with nothing added to them. Meant to be a receipt confirmation notification I assume?

I'd really strongly recommend that you consider dropping them as a logistics partner for future projects and for existing products if they can't even keep their shipping labels in sync with what their own shipping notification emails say. I would gladly have paid far higher shipping to get the items shipped directly from you (it looks like MNT* can be ordered directly from you in Europe?)

I sent an email to them yesterday immediately after receiving the tracking information and noticing that the city listed was my old city. The order has already been delivered because it was overnighted to the wrong address >_<. This is completely heart breaking and crushing, and they have not replied to this incredible error. Can you help?
