The most essential skill in political theater and a consumer culture is artifice. They need only to appear to have these qualities. Most of all they need a story, a personal narrative. The reality of the narrative is irrelevant. It can be completely at odds with the facts. The consistency and emotional appeal of the story are paramount. Those who are best at deception succeed. Those who have not mastered the art of entertainment, who fail to create a narrative or do not have one fashioned for them by their handlers, are ignored. They become “unreal.” An image-based culture communicates through narratives, pictures, and pseudo-drama.

Dear @libreoffice ,
I believe it is time to change the default interface layout to a design that is much more intuitive, accessible, and easy to understand for those unfamiliar with LibreOffice.
I would like to suggest making the default interface layout “Contextual Single” when it is ready, if only for the sake of those using LibreOffice for the first time.

XMPP because Discord is evil, IRC doesn't do what I need, and Matrix is slow and buggy.
All XMPP needs is a good client, and because I'm on Linux, I can use @dino (wish it was cross-platform, but that feels like asking for too much)

Of course I also use Matrix because that's what everyone else uses, but that doesn't mean I can't be annoyed with it :blobcatupsidedown:
