@icedquinn Hillary archive is still up. This is the 2016 DNC Emails.

Archive-dot-org says the DNC emails were "internal server error" on Wikileaks since early 2023. Archive-dot-ph doesn't have any records between Nov 2020 and this month. PirateBay has a DNC email archive torrent that's quite actively seeded.

I'm aware archives can be fabricated, and that fake torrents can be hosted, but the idea that Wikileaks deleted the DNC Email archive just now at the same time Assange was released is a very shaky narrative.

@dissidentsoaps I blame PM Kishida. Not that the rest of the LDP is much better, but there are at least a few actual nationalists in the party who's probably run Japan into the ground slower than him.

@matrix @lamp The shrinking workforce might factory into it. I think a lot of it is the game of hot potato everybody's playing. Labor Ministry pushes new overtime laws to look like they're doing something. Company doesn't want to get fined by the Labor Ministry, so they kneejerk regulate working hours without thinking of the consequences. All of the shit just rolls downhill.

@matrix @lamp It got bad enough the government made new labor rules on overtime, and companies have been setting limits on working hours & trying to enforce them, but the only effect is that workers now have less time to handle the same workload.
