I see people on here who are struggling to find or keep women. I made a handy set of tips to help guys out. Some of them are 'you have it or your dont, like height, but a lot of it is learned skills. Essentially life isn't fair and you need to have at least two of these going for you to have 'game'. I'm sure some of the 'more in the game now' folks will have differences and to some this is a TLDR shitpoast.

1. Be Tall - no tips here: Genetics or bust

2. Have Money - Tips: Go into electrical or plumbing or hardware tech work (you can't offshore this because the company that has to do all your networking/wiring has to be local) even cyber security, or learn to program in RPG IV (old languages, trust me don't ask how I know, but 'we' are pulling people out of retirement to fill this programming skillset and paying them 6 figures day one because no one can code in it).

3. Be Fit --This includes (actually 80 fucking percent of it) diet, but you can't eat like a fat fucking American which goes into a way to stand out by being picky and learn how to eat real, whole foods. Women like men who know things, when you see her eating some shitty food a good flirt is, "You look hot today, but not if you keep eating crap like that, good God." If she asks "what's wrong with it give her a concrete fact and let her dwell on it. Do HIIT training, lift weights or do bodyweight exercises, but don't be a soft looking dough face and dont be too skinny.

4. Be Charming (this includes handsome which is mostly genetic) --This is being the 16 charisma face of the party, but includes the ability to use sarcasm and 'being mean' to be funny. Never be completely nice, it never works and women fucking hate it. They want to feel like they need to earn your approval. --Dress well: The reason Ryan Gosling is 'hot' to women isn't just his face and physique, but he always looks put together. You don't have to break the bank to not dress like a slob. Have one nice pair of shoes/boots. Wear a polo and a watch, have a classic hair cut (I like the Hitler hard part, but find the style that fits your head). Wear clothes that are better fitted, save the baggy shit for fat guys.

5. Be Dangerous --This is the Dread Game that SMA always post(s) about. I used charming instead of Dread Game, but I've been to jail one time and when I was younger some fights, mention it off-hand like it was another Tuesday during a basic conversation and don't overplay it or you'll creep her out. Just have some mystery. Honestly this tip I'm going to leave to the SMA guys who are more versed, but these are the basics.

Flirt by being sarcastic or find a common enemy and have a 'secret between you and her' on this common enemy (it can just be a shitty work culture, or big pharma, but is usually better if it's localized). This one is a great tactic that gives you an 'in'. Let's say it's a cute work mate and you're both stuck in a boring meeting. IM her something that would get your hand slapped but not fired about this, using sarcasm. Forming that 'us against the rest of these losers bond (think The Office where Jim and the receptionist have the we think this place sucks bond).

Maybe. Maybe not. I thought the same thing too about myself. But I proved the notion wrong and it's done wonders for my self-confidence. The difficult part is, only you can change both that perception and that reality.

I know I do the whole "I don't have faith in people" shtick but I'm pretty sure you're a safe bet to say it to, so I think you have the strength to change that. I know you've had it rough, more rough than most from what I have gleaned. But I think you're not as weak as you think.
