@eriner I met a couple folks yesterday who just came back from helping folks in West NC and East TN…people are trying to help but FEMA is blocking a bunch of it. Not all, thankfully, because people realize this and are going around it.

Hoping to get these guys on The Lotus Effect for some real BOTG on the matter.

Just remember: there’s more of us than there are of them.

Why did my ex shame me so much for the very thing that allowed her to live the lifestyle she wanted? Oh, wait, she’s a narcissist…a covert one at that.

Took me far too long to realize she was doing it…and that I was still holding onto it for no reason.

@CSB I have no doubt I will uncover other ways she affected me negatively. It’s a continual process.

@CSB the funny part is the reactions came while expressing gratitude for my day job. I had no idea what they were about until I really sat and thought about it…something I have a lot of time to do on a long-ass flight.

The funny thing is I wasn’t replaying old relationship in my mind when I came to this conclusion. It is, however, the Occam’s Razor answer because my entire career was built while married to her. And it’s the kind of thing narcissists do. The fact I don’t remember specific instances of it is most likely my mind compartmentalizing things.

To all the so-called journos who lost their jobs in layoffs recently: LEARN TO CODE. That’s the advice y’all gave blue collar workers when they lost their jobs a few years ago…
