Hello all! I am eternally curious about most things, particularly #physics, #astronomy, #math, #philosophy, #music, #history, and #writing. I blog occasionally, buy music on Bandcamp when I can, and have a day job that basically lets me pay the bills. I've enjoyed what I've been reading on here so far and look forward to meeting more people!

I recently fell in love with the Noble Blood podcast. It's great, but there are two things I specifically love about it:

She attended flight school in France & thrilled fans in the States while standing up to segregation.

Coleman inspired generations of African American aviators, incl. Tuskegee Airmen.

In 1992, Astronaut Dr. Mae Jemison carried Coleman’s picture with her on her first mission in the Space Shuttle Endeavor.
