StandingPad@feditips putting the URL of the new account in the search box on Vivaldi's instance also yields a “account can't be found" error. I'd normally suspect a federation error, but I follow a lot of people on Mastodon.ART here. It also doesn't seem like Mastodon.ART has blocked Vivaldi's instance or vice versa
