I now have an ac adapter for the Tandy and can verify it turns on. I think when I went to disassemble the computer at OLF, I must've forgotten to plug the keyboard back in properly so I'll fix that when I have it in me to open the laptop again. I'll also likely have to replace the belt in the floppy drive to get that working again if it proves to be faulty.
