@TinyHouse4Life @electronwarier I mean when you think about it all water is recycled, but I think the way we try and shortcut that process is pretty gross and probably insufficient (considering as mentioned the drugs that end up coming out of taps). I don't have a spring, but I don't drink the tap. I buy water for drinking/cooking, and we have an extra filter set up on the outside line to get rid of chloramines they add to it. Eventually I want to set up some rain barrels for the birds, but I have to be sneaky because rain catchment is frowned upon.
