@newt @p depends on what you mean by "you" and "lost". I think the government has expanded their power quite a bit which might be a net win in their eyes. I am not government so I can't claim that win (or what could arguably be a loss due to the fact that the stated goal was not achieved). If you mean you in the individual sense, yes we have lost.
