my usual workflow is
-cook 1.25 L of tea
-pour into two glass bottles
-top up with water
-wait until room temperature
-put in fridge overnight
-enjoy iced tea the next morning
I clean the bottles with a combination of brushes, sponges, rice and metal balls. But sometimes I just pour dish soap and boiling water directly into them and then they cracked. Today, a bottle cracked while pouring the not-boiling-anymore tea into it.
What can I use to make ice tea that doesn't break after like 8 weeks?
