@newt @hj anyways, things are getting worse and worse on that regard, rent is going up slowly everywhere, blackrock is apparently planning to flood 10m, or was it 100m people in Canada in the next 10 years and I'll never get anyone to also helping paying this shit, so either I do it or I'll get increasingly steamrolled in the future
