I used to think like that too, but figured out that it doesn't have to be the case.
And all it takes is to NOT do something: take other people's perspectives without any questioning.
You can have a point of view, sure, but that's not the same as religion.
Religion is basically a centralized point of view by somebody else.
Centralized because many people would share the exact same view, just like how that's the case with Jewdiaism, soyentism, statism, moneyism, or other things (just to take your examples).
If what you said was true, then all the animals in the world would be part of a religion or cult (aka, religion that's not yet officially recognized as religion).
