So my options are get blown the fuck out in 12yrs under Nazi Germany (actually happened as-described) or gradually fall into decline over the course of about a century under USA (happening but hasn't finished yet, so might reverse course)?

EDIT: Also lol @ the idea that Nazi Germany, which got conquered, isn't an L for them, but America maybe falling a century later is a "total victory" for Nazi Germany.
