Nobody asks you to put them in your RSS because nobody knows the feature is still there. The feature is pushed almost nowhere, and the major sites where you might want to have a RSS feed doesn't actually support it and you have to go through another service like Nitter. On a lot of site you actively have to search for them or Google them in some cases. Use a more powerful RSS reader like Liferea on Linux, as it can somehow find feeds (and use them) that no other readers can somehow
