@MK2boogaloo @mintbooks That sounds exactly like what a skill issue would say.
Also I fixed some bugs in my rcpd tool, Skater showed me that if you generate a skilled/weaponry/light alice on the online rcpd it'll produce an invalid code, so I tried to figure it out, in the process we discovered mine could do it too, but I worked out that mine was because it set pistols to 0/0 (locked) instead of 1/3 when you create a new profile, so it could only happen by trying to generate r0 characters. So I fixed all that and some other stuff, official one's bug is different.
