   1. Get a bunch of PD/CC/licensed-indie-creator films and run off one or two VHS copies in laser-printed sleeves.

   2. Open the store on a busy Saturday. Offer 3-day rentals, no deposite, requiring a free membership. Keep the store open all weekend.

   3. On Monday, the store is gone. The space is vacant, the signage removed.
