   @obihahn Remember the founding document of the country is the not the Constitution, it is the Declaration of Independence. And it says if a government becomes antithetical to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness, it should be abolished. (or alter it, if you are a puss)

     @obihahn @Richard The foundational documents for the country America is the various Royal Charters from Britain and the "Custom of Paris" from France.It provided the moral and legal framework for regional government in the Americas and what kept America together with the constant conflict with civil unrest and banditry of the backwoods along with property allotment and civil suits and planning.It's from them Americans know Murder is a crime not a opportunity

     Reminder… the Constitution does not give you rights. Your rights are inherently yours. The purpose of the Constitution is to establish limits upon the government so that they do not infringe upon them.
