     @nixCraft if thats the case, than for me my last Weekend was the "Weekend of the Linux-Desktop" (on my Laptop) but even that was just because I tried to do too much of the basic plumbing on my new #arch install without helpful scripts or installers - as soon as I gave up and used the script "archinstall" even audio and video drivers didn't create any hazzle. 😄

     @nixCraft funny but not true... Linux mint detected and configured my Apu Radeon graphics, rtx 3060 ti, printer and sound and two monitors all out of the box. Didn't have to click a thing . XD

     @nixCraft If you exclude the nvidia GPU support ,Linux is the best thing that available in the market.

     @nixCraft @DSCH that's not fair.

     it takes a year to get them to work *properly*. They work after a fashion almost immediately, and you think you just need to do a little tweak and they’ll work fully. you never think it's going to take a year…
