     GPLのそれは「GPLの文章の著作権がFSFにある」の意味であり、「ソースコードの著作権がFSFにある」の意味では無いと思ひます
     
     GNUプロジェクトがすすめるGPLの適用方法では、著作権の告知・GPL適用の告知をソースコードに置くとされてゐます (LICENSEファイルに、ではなく)

     まず、たかしかんが言った通り、コードではなく、「GNU一般公衆ライセンス」そのものの著作権がFSFにあるのみ。
     
     こちらも「非常に注意深く読む」とします：
