Greg used to have authority to sign in to the NJP bank account because he was the guy who submitted the initial paperwork to the government. That legal authority to sign in was revoked when he failed at his internal coup attempt to remove Mike and was subsequently forced to leave the party/board. But he illegally signed in anyway the day after that happened, before the login credentials were changed. McKevitt characterized that as "seizing the account," which is true to the extent that at that point Greg could have done whatever he wanted with the account, including transferring its contents to another account he controlled, which is what he threatened to do in his lunatic verbal walltext. Fortunately, he didn't do that, and his login credentials are no longer valid
