Digging into it is difficult right now... there are multiple companies, past and present, under the name "Space Odysee Inc", and none of the ones I could find are related.
There is a court filing by a Space Odysee Inc in Delaware Civil Court, apparently to turn over control of Odysee Holdings (the company running the platform) to a receiver, possibly Space Odysee Inc itself. According to paywalled reports by Bloomberg, the case also asked to "reinstate ousted CEO, Julian Chandra" who was "allegedly fired by LBRY founder Jeremy Kauffman for pushing back on his threats to damage Odysee by smearing it online rather than repay loans held by the creditor entity, Space Odysee Inc." :

I can't find any corroborating reports of Chandra being fired, and I think it would be weird for a firing to be "alleged"... surely that would be a matter of public record. In any case, if the TwiXXer posts are correct, it would seem Space Odysee Inc succeeded in regaining control of Odysee, which might imply Jeremy Kauffman has been shoved aside and Chandra is in charge now. Given that Chandra used to work for TikTok, I'd be skeptical of any principled stance towards decentralization and user-owned platforms from him. Not a lot of money in that sort of thing, and I'd imagine a man like him would want to turn a profit. But who knows....
My money's still on all this being fake hype to try and drum up revenue/investors/etc.
