@deadheat yeah, I'm ambivalent about Hades. the gameplay and story are great, but there is also some annoying gay shit, and some of the devs routinely make anti-White statements on Twitter.
I want to financially support good games, but not poz.

the gameplay in Hades 1 is an incredibly refined and addictive roguelike-like. but yes, there is some poz in the form of blackwashed characters and annoying feminism. but the gameplay is seriously incredible, I love the variety of power-ups and weapons, and I especially liked the way it integrated with the story; every time you die and "start over" you are actually returning to the base of the god Hades and doing more work with the people and locations there.
it's hard to dismiss Hades as California trash when it does so many things right.
