   @thor@berserker.town doesn't help that smart devices as they are (since smartphones became a thing) don't require any technical knowledge on the user's part...

     Reminds me of a Gen Z person I'm tutoring. She doesn't really treat computers as computers. She juggles them. "How about I do this with the iPad?" She doesn't give two shits about what they're running. You need another mindset to work with them.
