     @MeBigbrain @RowdyRamzan @mkultra @Boomerman Basically EVERYTHING needs documentation. If it’s not documented, if decisions in the company aren’t written down, then it could be HIS ass on the line. Other people in the company - keep in mind, IF he’s the sole owner of the LLC and they don’t have actual member certificates or shares, then they don’t have the same privileges/responsibilities he does - moving around money willy nilly looks pretty bad. It’s the kind of thing that makes it so that anyone suing them can say

     “this isn’t a company, this is just a piggy bank, a piece of paper, look at all that corporate negligence, this LLC is null and void”

     If they do that, then the people suing the NJP, say jews suing them for “emotional distress”, aren’t limited to just suing “NJP LLC”, they can then sue Greg Conte and pursue his assets, too since he’s the LLC owner, and sloppy record keeping lets them make the case that there’s no difference between him and the company.

     People shit on the whole “companies are PEOPLE?” but this is why that difference is important.
