   Victory! The California Supreme Court declined to review an appeals court’s ruling that video footage captured by police drones sent in response to 911 calls cannot be kept entirely secret from the public. EFF had filed a brief seeking this ruling.

     @eff why did they even want this to be the case?? It really doesn’t instill any confidence that they’re doing the right thing. It’s almost like it’s them against the public. Why??
