    Biden had no intention of pressuring Israel to accept a cease-fire.

    But "by allowing the resolution to pass, Biden is trying to convince voters he supports a cease-fire, even while he simultaneously prevents the UN from enforcing its resolution & provides Israel with the means to violate it."
