   It's always been run by Jews, for Jews in order to subvert parental authority. In hindsight the parents who banned it in their home were right all along.

     Nickelodeon was so weird in the the "by kids for kids" message even though it was obviously adult run. So for the parent, they had to view it through the lens of "adults who have the good child like curiosity" if they even thought about it at all. Most just accepted it was a fun marketing gimmick.
