   Tams, said Germany has resumed funding for UNRWA operations, a fact "ignored by Nicaragua." .

   So if you provide some food with one hand, it's OK to supply bombs with the other, per Germany.

     @MatejLach Well, you don’t want them to die of starvation otherwise you can’t sell more bombs to kill them with. You really need them to be a bit more considerate and stay alive so they can die from your bombs instead. It’s just basic capitalism. The revenue from selling bombs is higher than the cost of providing aid so, in the end you profit and everyone’s happy. (Apart from the dead and maimed Brown people in far away places but that’s just an economic externality.)
