     Nicaragua filed a case against Germany in March, arguing Berlin is “facilitating” genocide in Palestine by supplying weapons to Israel.

     These proceedings are broader than the Genocide Convention (and the SA case) and include breaches of the Geneva Conventions and international humanitarian law.
