   I think the onion/i2p instances are going to require occasional force federation to work or they just start shitting themselves and falling apart - I vaguely recall this happening before.

     @cassidyclown Pretty much, you need to establish circuits, otherwise some requests will time out. At least as for the last night, rawr was working and federating messages to agency and likely other instances but not yours which implies the problem is on your side as I was able to connect to cyberia with the same tor daemon.
