@Snidely_Whiplash @jb @bloggerski The GAE has been wiping its ass with those "rules" for a long time now (Saddam, Qaddafi) and the RF should not in any way feel constrained

@TrevorGoodchild @Snidely_Whiplash @jb @bloggerski From the outside, it appears that Putin at his age is being overly concerned with his image and how he'll be remembered. Kind of like Hitler and Dunkirk in a way, but he should know how Hitler is still smeared as the great satan by kikes and so is he.

@VikingWays Just pure speculation here, having watched the guy's career for a long, long time:
I think Bad Vlad :putin_smug: developed a management style that is extremely loss-averse from his early days in nursing the Russian nation back from the brink of failed statehood back in the mid-late 90s. Few people remember just how bad things were back then when the oligarchs were gang-raping the country, male life expectancy dropped by 10-15 years and their women were prostituting themselves left and right. Putin had to maneuver very, very carefully at first to avoid getting glownigger couped and could not afford to make a single mistake. Particularly with regards to military interventions (the Chechen Wars were absolutely brutal, and although he won decisively in the end it was a rough go).
The way he has managed to rebuild the nation over a quarter-century is no small feat, while gradually consolidating power and establishing the RF back on the world stage. So he will likely continue doing what he sees as having worked: patiently absorbing provocations, responding asymmetrically, and grinding it out
Frustrating to watch, but he doesn't really care about Western opinions :putin1:
