After a couple years I think we need to admit that the DOOM soundtrack is about 3:25 of memorable moments in an otherwise unremarkable, monotonous - but enjoyable - forgettable album
For some reason my music thing just keeps playing these shitty mixes and variants of it and it’s nearly indistinguishable from one another

@Codeki @professionalbigot69 It’s hard to distinguish when they’re mashed all together. I felt like it was heavily distorted, guitbox-flavored white noise and when I looked at the track it was 40 minutes, called “The DOOM Sountrack but it’s ALL DROPS”

@WashedOutGundamPilot @professionalbigot69 The 2016 album is a pretty good listen if you start at the beginning and go all the way to the end. Certain songs, I would not want to mix into my random playlist. But I do enjoy listening to them as part of a set.
Eternal? Not so much.

@SneedsterSpeedster @smugumin It’s an early one, too. Like 8 days after the initial cracks. The 2nd and 3rd come from that first burst, which tells you how far the quality has come in a couple months

@Codeki @professionalbigot69 a couple days ago my thing was playing some track called “SewerSlvt - Pretty Cvnt” when it connected to the crew car and the lady just cocked her head a little bit and looked at it for a second.
The mild upside of disgusting nigbeats is that they pretty much assume all weird titles are rap
