What the image gets wrong is that it alleges the P-8 was equipped with torpedoes that took out the pipelines.
Seymour Hersh's article details that the P-8 was actually there to drop a sonar buoy into the Baltic Sea which was fitted with a transmitter to send a unique sequence to a receiver attached to pre-planted C4, because Biden got cold feet and instead wanted the ability to detonate it at will rather than right away: https://seymourhersh.substack.com/p/how-america-took-out-the-nord-stream
